Arham Motors Building a Strong National Presence in Aftermarket Parts for Premium Cars

Pune-based Arham Motors, under the leadership of Mr. Krish Jain, CEO & Managing Director, has steadily built a strong reputation in India’s premium car aftermarket space. Jain, an automobile engineer from the Thane-based Rustomjee Academy for Global Careers, entered the automotive trade seven years ago. His early exposure to vehicle systems, combined with a passion for problem-solving, pushed him to start Arham Motors four years ago. What began as a small venture has now evolved into a structured business serving 400–450 retailers, garages, workshops, wholesalers and B2C buyers across the country.

Arham Motors has chosen to remain highly specialised, focusing only on premium car brands such as Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Land Rover. Mr. Jain explains that this segment demands “high precision, strong product knowledge and reliable sourcing,” and his team has spent years understanding part compatibility, failure points and customer expectations. The company today offers a wide basket of parts including airmatic air suspensions, shock absorbers, electric tailgate lifters, TPMS sensors, door locks, trunk lifters, AC vents, interior trims, switches, bushings, stud kits and several niche components that are often difficult to procure.

Inventory Strength, Offline Trust and a Passion-Driven Team

One of the biggest strengths of Arham Motors is its large inventory base. Operating from its Pune facility, the company maintains more than 45,000 SKUs, ensuring that most customer requirements are met immediately. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within one week, which Mr. Jain believes gives them a strong competitive edge. “Availability is everything in the premium car aftermarket. Customers trust us because they know we deliver quickly,” he notes.

Unlike many players shifting towards online marketplaces, Arham Motors follows a completely offline distribution strategy. Jain is clear that the company’s priority is to protect the interests of retailers and distributors. “Our partners should never face sudden price drops or online disruptions. Relationship comes first,” he says. This approach has helped Arham Motors grow through word-of-mouth, with consistent repeat business.

The company currently operates with a close-knit team of 10–11 people, each trained in cataloguing, sourcing, quality inspection and customer support. Jain strongly believes that passion is the biggest driver of success. “If you love your work, opportunities will come to you. Focus on quality and your own improvement. Competition becomes irrelevant,” he adds.

Looking ahead, Arham Motors aims to expand its portfolio, strengthen sourcing channels and build deeper trust within the premium car repair ecosystem. With its clear focus and steady growth, the company is positioning itself as a dependable nationwide supplier for premium car components.
