Partnerships Service & Maintenance

Autorox, Bosch strike Global Alliance to Digitise 25,000+ Workshops, Targeting 100 Million Vehicle Services by 2030

Autorox and Bosch Mobility Platforms and Solutions have announced a global strategic collaboration aimed at transforming the vehicle repair and maintenance ecosystem—one of the most fragmented and under-served segments of global mobility. As part of this landmark partnership, Bosch Mobility Platforms and Solutions will become the exclusive worldwide distributor for Autorox and Autozilla, two advanced aftermarket platforms created by Mr. Vijay Gummadi for garage management and B2B parts commerce.

The collaboration sets an ambitious target: to digitally enable more than 25,000 repairers and spare-parts sellers and help them collectively deliver over 100 million vehicle services annually by 2030. Bosch will leverage its global brand trust, compliance framework, and enterprise reach to bring scale and structure to the effort, while Autorox will continue to drive product innovation, providing the digital backbone that connects workshops, fleets, insurers, and parts suppliers.

Despite its massive footprint, the vehicle service sector remains highly fragmented—especially in India, where over 100,000 independent garages operate informally in the passenger car market alone. The new alliance seeks to formalise and digitise this landscape with intelligent job scheduling, connected customer journeys, predictive analytics, and transparent procurement systems, elevating service quality and operational efficiency across the aftermarket.

The platforms, already successful across India and the Middle East, will be rolled out to North America, Europe, and other global markets in phases. “Great products and great distribution—that’s the formula for lasting success,” said Mr. Vijay Gummadi, Founder & CEO, Autorox. “Bosch brings unmatched global credibility and reach, while Autorox brings deep product and domain expertise. Together, we’re reimagining the future of vehicle repair.”

Mr. Pradeep Ramachandra, CTO, Bosch Mobility Platforms & Solutions, added, “By combining Bosch’s enterprise presence with Autorox’s modern technology, we aim to digitise and connect the global workshop ecosystem, improving service transparency and efficiency.”

The partnership will also utilise Bosch’s ongoing collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS), applying cloud maturity frameworks and well-architected best practices that support Bosch’s Logistics Operating System (L.OS), ensuring enterprise-grade scalability, security, and reliability as the platform expands globally.
