TVS Motor Company has signed an MoU with ALT Mobility to lease and deploy up to 3,000 TVS electric three-wheelers (passenger and cargo) during FY 2025–26. Under this partnership, TVS will supply the vehicles, while ALT will procure, finance, and lease them to individual drivers and fleet operators under its Drive-to-Own model.
The vehicles will be made available through TVS Motor’s authorised dealerships and ALT Mobility’s sales network across India. The collaboration aims to promote clean last-mile logistics and shared passenger mobility while supporting driver livelihoods and small fleet operators.
ALT’s integrated asset management system will ensure 24×7 vehicle monitoring, predictive maintenance, and reduced downtime, helping users maximise uptime and earnings. The lease package will also cover insurance, servicing, roadside assistance, challan and fitness management, offering drivers a hassle-free ownership experience.
Mr. Rajat Gupta, Business Head – Commercial Mobility at TVS Motor Company, said the partnership will make electric mobility more accessible and help build a sustainable transport ecosystem. Anuj Gupta, Co-founder & CBO of ALT Mobility, added that combining TVS’s advanced EV technology with ALT’s financial inclusion model will accelerate EV adoption while ensuring stable earnings for drivers.
