YAJIN Introduces Dual-Monitoring Charging Solutions and AI-Guided Battery Teardown Platforms

At the Taipei 360° Mobility Mega Show, YJ Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. (YAJIN), known by its brand name YAJIN, showcased a transformative suite of technologies designed to solve the most pressing challenges in the electric vehicle (EV) sector. Under the leadership of CEO, Mr. Wen Chung Wei, the company presented its vision for a safer, more efficient EV lifecycle, focusing on high-risk battery handling and focus on developing global EV service goals.

The AI Battery Doctor: Turning Risk into Profit

The centerpiece of YAJIN’s exhibit was the “AI Battery Doctor,” a comprehensive repair platform that moves beyond simple diagnostics to offer a full lifecycle management workstation. The system uses visual guidance and AI to standardize the complex process of battery teardown and repair.

“For the past six years, YAJIN has been at the forefront of addressing the most critical bottlenecks in the EV era. Our AI Battery Doctor is not just a machine; it is a scalable workstation that transforms high-risk battery handling into a High-value aftermarket service. We enable technicians to perform complex teardowns with absolute confidence and standardized precision, ensuring safety at every step,” said Mark Lee, Spokesperson & CFO, YJ Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd.

The platform features seven core innovations, including a projection-guided SOP and an AI- based personnel safety monitoring system. A key safety feature is the integrated fire isolation system: if a battery begins to fail or explode, the workstation automatically descends and deploys cooling liquid while monitoring fire suppression wastewater for environmental compliance, It is a globally leading patented product.

Smart Infrastructure and Real-Time Safety

Expanding on its safety ecosystem, YAJIN also introduced the Dual-Monitoring Safe Retractable Charging Pile. This smart charger integrates RGB and infrared (IR) thermal imaging to monitor battery temperatures in real time, actively mitigating the risk of thermal runaway. Furthermore, it prioritizes user convenience with smart display panels and a one- touch automatic retractable cable system.

“Safety must be proactive, not reactive, which is why our retractable charging pile utilizes dual-monitoring technology to track heat activity in real time. By integrating IR thermal imaging, we can mitigate thermal runaway risks before they escalate into hazards. This system combines high-level protection with user-centric features like smart displays to enhance the overall operational value of EV infrastructure,” he stated.

Fleet Modernization and Automotive Components

Finally, YAJIN showcased its Automotive-Grade Fleet Components, engineered for seamless aftermarket upgrades. Highlights included an E-Mirror (CMS) system proven to eliminate blind spots and drastically reduce fleet accident rates, alongside a 3kW steering motor pump and high-voltage motor controllers (C-EPS). These components allow commercial fleets to upgrade to smart steering and precise power control without needing to alter their original chassis architecture.

“We are empowering fleet operators to simulate full vehicle upgrades through smart streaming and precise power controls without the need for elementary chassis changes. Our E-Mirror systems and high-voltage controllers are designed to immediately reduce accident rates and improve efficiency. At YJEC, we believe EV maintenance is not a challenge, but a massive opportunity for sustainable growth and long-term vehicle longevity,” he concluded.
