JSW MG Motor India has introduced a comprehensive 5-5-5 ownership programme for the upcoming MG Majestor, India’s first D+ SUV, aimed at providing long-term ownership assurance and predictable running costs for customers.
Designed as an integrated customer offering, the programme combines a 5-year unlimited-kilometre warranty, free 5-year roadside assistance with unlimited kilometres, and five labour-free services. The initiative is intended to ensure a hassle-free ownership experience while reducing service expenditure during the early years of ownership.
Unlike optional warranty extensions or service packages typically offered separately, MG’s 5-5-5 programme brings these benefits together as a unified standard package for Majestor buyers. The company says this approach is particularly beneficial for high-mileage users, long-distance travellers and off-road enthusiasts, as it removes kilometre restrictions on warranty coverage while providing nationwide breakdown support.
Commenting on the initiative, Mr. Vinay Raina, Chief Commercial Officer, JSW MG Motor India, said the programme reflects the company’s commitment to delivering both a strong product and a worry-free ownership experience.
“The MG Majestor has been created as an SUV that is rugged in capability, refined in comfort and dependable in engineering. Delivering a strong product was only one part of our commitment; ensuring complete peace of mind in ownership was equally important. With the 5-5-5 programme, we have built long-term assurance into the proposition from day one,” he said.
The MG Majestor is powered by a 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel engine producing 215.5 PS of power and 478.5 Nm of torque, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission offered in both 2WD and advanced 4WD configurations.
Engineered for serious off-road capability, the SUV features triple differential locks (front, rear and centre), an advanced 4WD system with 10 off-road modes, and crawl control mode for challenging terrain. It also offers 219 mm ground clearance and an 810 mm water-wading capacity, underlining its rugged credentials.
The Majestor further integrates advanced technology and safety features, including Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), positioning it as a capable and technologically advanced offering in the full-size SUV segment.
Pre-reservations for the MG Majestor are currently open at ₹41,000 through the company’s official website. Showroom display and test drives are scheduled to begin in April 2026, while customer deliveries are expected to commence in May 2026.
