What began as a fastener manufacturing company has evolved into a comprehensive supplier of standard and specialised fastening solutions. XPS manufactures a wide range of standard components, including Socket Head Cap Screws, Socket Set Screws, Button Head Cap Screws, Socket Countersunk Screws, Hexagonal Head Bolts, Hex Nuts and Allen Keys. Its specialised portfolio includes Connecting Rod Bolts, Compressor Bolts, Wheel Bolts, Transmission Bolts, Torx Screws, Flange Bolts, Track Shoe Bolts, Studs and Dowel Pins, catering to demanding applications across multiple industries.

These are complemented by a 65-metre SCADA-controlled Heat Treatment Furnace, designed to ensure the required strength and performance of its fasteners.
Quality assurance extends throughout the manufacturing process. Before products leave the facility, they undergo testing in XPS’s in-house physical and metallurgical laboratory, equipped with a Spectrometer, Microscope, Salt Spray Chamber, Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) equipment, Universal Testing Machine (UTM), Rockwell and Vickers Hardness Testers, and a Profile Projector.
