TVS Motor Company has announced the appointment of Mr. Peyman Kargar as Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 27, 2027. He will succeed Mr. K. N. Radhakrishnan, who will continue in his role until then to ensure a seamless transition, before serving as Non-Executive Director until the AGM scheduled in July 2027.
Mr. Kargar currently serves as President, International Business at TVS Motor Company, where he has been instrumental in growing the division — which today contributes 29% of the company’s sales volume and is growing at 33%. He brings over three decades of global automotive leadership experience across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, spanning product development, R&D, manufacturing, quality, and sales and marketing.
The leadership transition comes as TVS Motor Company builds on a record performance in FY2025-26, selling 5.9 million vehicles globally and delivering 30% revenue growth.
