At the ACMA aftermarket show in Indore, Shakti Automotive Components Pvt. Ltd showcased their comprehensive range of friction materials registered under the trademark AURO. Their focus was on non-asbestos clutch facings, a critical component of the drive train system. The company presented a complete range of products catering to passenger vehicles, light commercial vehicles, M&HCV, buses, tractors, industrial machines, marine applications, boats, and ships. Karan Mathuria, Director, highlighted their stringent quality control measures, including strict standards for input materials and rigorous batch testing. The aftermarket segment is a significant part of their business, accounting for 60% of their operations, while 40% is dedicated to the organized sector. Shakti Automotive Components aims to expand their reach through the appointment of super dealers or super wholesalers across different states in India. Their target is to increase the number of super dealers to at least 85 in the coming six months. The company’s headquarters are located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and they have manufacturing plants in the same area. They plan to increase their monthly production by 30% in the next six months, reaching around 80,000 to 90,000 sets per month.
