With three decades of experience, Natesan Synchrocones is a leading precision forging manufacturing company specializing in steel, bronze, and aluminium products. Its core offerings, known as ‘synchronisers’, are well-known for their precision and reliability. The company participated at the Coimbatore Expo and presented its impressive range of products to visitors.

Our ambitious plans include launching our precision forging products in the aftermarket and this strategic decision has brought us back to the ACMA Automotive Expo, this time in Coimbatore.”


Talking about his company’s product offerings, Boopalan shares, “Our product range encompasses various types of synchronisers designed for commercial vehicles, ranging from 9-speed to 4-gear variants. These synchronisers are utilized by industry giants such as Ashok Leyland, Tata Motors, and Eicher. Regardless of the OEM, our components play a vital role in the assembly of gearbox units made from high-quality steel. Another notable product in our portfolio is the 9-speed gearbox, which undergoes a rigorous process involving forging, heat treatment, hard turning, and carbon lining, all tailored to meet specific requirements.”


In addition to commercial vehicles, Natesan’s precision products extend to the car segment, serving major car manufacturers in the country. Its high-speed gears find their place in both commercial and passenger vehicles, underlining their versatility and performance.


The company also offer a diverse range of products for two-wheelers. “Our casting products are exclusively supplied to two-wheeler manufacturers, ensuring top-notch quality and reliability. Furthermore, our rocker arm gears are prominently featured in Royal Enfield motorcycles. While we currently do not have immediate plans to introduce them to the aftermarket, we remain open to future possibilities”, he signs off.
