Motul has launched a new product for commercial vehicles in India suitable for BS-VI engines. The product, called Motul Tekma Mega Fleet ULD 15W40, API CK- 4, is formulated using the latest additive technology which provides ultra-long drain intervals and better fuel economy over the previous API grades. Tekma Mega Fleet ULD 15W40 product is also compatible with latest emission control systems: Catalyst and DPF (Diesel Particulate filter).
The product has been formulated keeping backward compatibility in mind, and is hence recommended for vehicles with BS-III, BS-IV, and BS-VI emission compliant engines. The product also comes with some key OEM Performance specifications like Cummins CES 20086, Volvo VDS 4.5, MB 228.31 etc.
