JSW Motors Limited, the new energy passenger vehicle arm of the JSW Group, in partnership with the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA), hosted its first Supplier Partner Conference and Tech Show at its manufacturing facility in Bidkin, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

The event brought together over 100 auto-component manufacturers, along with industry stakeholders and JSW Motors’ internal teams, marking a key step in the company’s efforts to build a strong and localised automotive ecosystem.
Designed as a platform for alignment and collaboration, the conference provided suppliers with a clear view of JSW Motors’ product and technology roadmap as the company prepares for its upcoming vehicle launch. It also underscored the importance of early engagement with partners in shaping a future-ready supply chain.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Ranjan Nayak, CEO of JSW Motors Limited, emphasised that a robust supplier network is central to building world-class mobility solutions. He noted that the conference reflects the company’s strong focus on localisation and long-term partnerships as it moves closer to its first product launch.
ACMA President Mr. Vikrampati Singhania highlighted the growing strategic role of suppliers in the transition to new energy vehicles. He noted that initiatives like this help align the industry on technology direction, scale and investment needs, while strengthening India’s competitiveness in the global automotive value chain.
The conference featured leadership sessions, strategic discussions and a technology showcase covering innovations in automotive design, development and manufacturing. It also served as a platform to deepen engagement, encourage knowledge sharing and build long-term partnerships.
JSW Motors is focused on creating a ‘glocal’ automotive ecosystem in India—combining local manufacturing strengths with global technologies—to deliver world-class vehicles tailored to Indian needs while strengthening domestic value creation.
