Brakes India showcases comprehensive range of aftermarket offerings

ACMA Aftermarket Expo @ Coimbatore

Leading home-grown supplier Brakes India showcased its extensive range of braking products, including its flagship brand ‘TVS Girling’ for parts, the TVS Apache line encompassing friction materials, brake pads, and brake discs, the TVS Sprinter range featuring various fluids, and its newly-introduced brand ‘Revia’.

Taking Aftermarket & Service on an exclusive walkthrough around the Brakes India stall, S. Sujit Nayak, Vice President and Head, Aftermarket Business, Brakes India, shared, “Starting with the TVS Girling range, we are proud to present our recently launched air actuation kits and components, which have quickly gained popularity among customers due to their outstanding quality. Complementing these products, Brakes India has also introduced a network of 65 air actuation service centers across the country, with plans for further expansion.”

Moving on to the next section, he continued, “Under our TVS Apache series, we offer an array of brake pads, brake discs, lining shoes, and rotors. A notable addition is our Platinum range of brake pads, specifically designed for luxury cars. This launch fills a significant gap in the market, as previously, imported brake pads dominated this segment. Now we have an Indian brand that is made in India and manufactured from a reputed company. While we have a limited range in phase 1 of launch, expansion is in the offing for the entire range of luxury cars in future.”

In the realm of TVS Sprinter brake fluids and coolants, Brakes India is recognized as a market leader, particularly for their high-quality brake fluids, including the DOT 3, DOT 4, and DOT 4 Plus variants. Recent introductions include the ‘Easy Steer’ power steering fluid and the popular ‘Very Cool’ coolant brand, rounding out their comprehensive fluid offerings.

The newest addition to their portfolio is the brand ‘Revia,’ which was launched just three months ago, starting with engine oils. “This is our first step in diversifying our product range under the Revia brand, with more offerings planned for the near future. Brakes India’s vision is to establish itself as a complete automotive solution provider, encompassing not only braking systems but also a wide array of automotive products and services”, rounded off Nayak.
