Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM), one of India’s leading electric vehicle manufacturers, has announced a strategic partnership with ELECTRA AI, the “AI Brain for Batteries” company, to integrate advanced battery health intelligence across its electric vehicle ecosystem. The collaboration will enable real-time battery monitoring, predictive analytics, and State of Health (SoH) insights across OSM’s fleet, aimed at improving vehicle performance, maximising battery life, and delivering greater transparency to customers, financiers, retailers, and fleet operators.

As EV adoption accelerates in India, battery performance and reliability have become critical to vehicle uptime, financing decisions, and total cost of ownership. Through the partnership, OSM will use ELECTRA AI’s battery intelligence platform to gain deeper visibility into battery health, enabling proactive maintenance, stronger warranty management, and data-driven product development.
Dr. Uday Narang, Founder & Chairman, Omega Seiki Mobility, said the next phase of EV growth in India will depend not just on new vehicle sales but on building a credible secondary market, with battery health being the biggest determinant of an EV’s resale value. He said the partnership brings much-needed transparency into battery performance, helping buyers, financiers, and fleet operators make informed decisions, improve resale values, and unlock better access to financing.
Mr. Vivek Dhawan, Chief Strategy Officer, Omega Seiki Mobility, said the industry must move beyond selling vehicles to delivering intelligence that improves asset performance throughout its life, adding that the integration will help boost fleet productivity, reduce downtime, and strengthen warranty management and product development.
Mr. Fabrizio Martini, Co-Founder and CEO, ELECTRA AI, said vehicle makers like OSM need real-world intelligence to design better vehicles and stand behind them with confidence, calling battery intelligence a way to turn data into trust across the ecosystem, from OEMs to financiers to operators.
