ZELO Electric has introduced the Knight+ Rani Edition, a limited-edition electric scooter launched to mark International Women’s Day. The new variant comes in an exclusive baby pink colour scheme and will be available in only 999 units across India, reinforcing the brand’s focus on design-led electric mobility.
Priced at ₹69,990 (ex-showroom), the Rani Edition builds on ZELO’s flagship Knight+ platform while offering a distinctive styling theme aimed at celebrating confidence, individuality and modern urban commuting. The scooter features a pastel pink body paired with contrasting white panels and subtle design accents, creating a look intended to stand out on city streets.
According to the company, the limited-edition model is designed to highlight the growing role of women in India’s two-wheeler mobility ecosystem while remaining accessible to all riders.
Commenting on the launch, Mr. Aditya Baheti, Co-founder of ZELO Electric, said the edition reflects the brand’s belief that mobility plays an important role in empowerment. “We’ve always believed that the freedom to move changes everything. The Rani Edition is our celebration of the women who move this country every single day,” he said.
Mr. Mukund Baheti, Co-founder of ZELO Electric, added that the concept behind the design was inspired by the cultural meaning of the word ‘Rani’. “When we were developing the colour story, we kept returning to the strength and individuality that the word ‘Rani’ represents in Indian culture. This is an Indian product created for Indian women, rooted in our heritage and identity, celebrating riders who make confident choices every day,” he said.
The Rani Edition retains all the specifications of the Knight+ electric scooter, which was launched in August 2025 and has helped position ZELO Electric as a brand offering premium EV features at competitive price points. The scooter is powered by a 1.8 kWh portable LFP battery delivering a claimed range of 100 km, paired with a 1.5 kW electric motor capable of reaching a top speed of 55 km/h.
The model also offers several segment-first features, including Hill Hold Control for easier uphill starts, Cruise Control for relaxed long-distance riding, Follow-Me-Home headlamps for improved visibility after parking, a USB charging port for devices, and a removable portable battery that can be charged conveniently indoors.
Bookings for the ZELO Knight+ Rani Edition are now open across ZELO’s authorised dealer network. With only 999 units available nationwide, the company has encouraged customers to reserve early.
