Spark Minda, Minda Corporation Limited, is pleased to appoint Mr. Ajay Agarwal as Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company in addition to his current role of President- Finance & Strategy, effective February 05, 2026
Mr. Agarwal will continue to oversee the company’s financial strategy and governance, while also leading cross-functional initiatives in strategic growth, digital transformation, and investor relations. This indeed is a natural progression as the company positions itself for the next phase of growth, leveraging Mr. Agarwal’s leadership to navigate evolving market dynamics and accelerate long-term value creation.
Since joining Spark Minda in May ‘2025, Mr. Agarwal has played a pivotal role in strengthening financial performance, optimising capital allocation, and driving operational efficiencies. His expertise and experience have been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and developing long term vision.
A Chartered Accountant and Lawyer by qualification, Mr. Agarwal brings over two decades of experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions and investor relations. He has held senior leadership roles across large, complex organisations, where he has consistently driven financial excellence, transformation, and long-term value creation.
Prior to joining Spark Minda, he served at Vedanta Limited as President- Finance & strategy, where he was instrumental in driving financial strategy and leading key transformation initiatives. His career also includes tenures with leading professional services firms such as KPMG and PwC.
