Transguard Group has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with myTVS, India’s largest digital automotive aftermarket platform, in a move aimed at transforming the automotive, aviation, logistics and wider supply chain ecosystem in the UAE. The collaboration will combine Transguard’s operational expertise with myTVS’ advanced digital aftermarket platform to introduce integrated, end-to-end solutions across fleet, logistics, enterprise and individual consumer segments.
By leveraging myTVS’ digital capabilities and Transguard’s regional presence, the partnership aims to build a unified, tech-enabled aftermarket ecosystem. The MoU also extends beyond automotive, with both companies targeting technology adoption to improve operational efficiency, sustainability and uptime management across key sectors in the UAE.
