Global Presence and Long-Term Partnerships
CEMB has a robust global footprint, with strong markets in Europe, North America, Japan, and Australia. The company has operated in North America since 1988 through a dedicated local team, and in Japan, it has been a market leader in wheel balancing for over 40 years. Ferrari explained, “European countries contribute about 50% of our business, but we’re also heavily focused on growing our presence in key emerging markets like India.”
CEMB’s recent partnership with Indian company Madhus marks a significant step in this direction. “Last year, we started collaborating with Madhus, one of the most important players in the Indian market,” Ferrari shared. “Together, we aim to establish our brand as a key name in the region. This partnership is built on mutual trust and a shared vision for long-term success.”
Investing in Growth Despite Challenges
Despite global challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic and geopolitical uncertainties, CEMB has continued to invest strategically. Ferrari emphasized, “Even during COVID, we made important investments in 2018 and 2019, and we didn’t stop. This proactive approach helped us recover gaps and prepare for future growth.”
The results are evident, with the company experiencing a steady growth rate. Ferrari remarked, “While the global market in our field hasn’t grown significantly, we’ve seen consistent growth over the last five years. This year, we anticipate a 15% increase, driven largely by our expansion efforts in markets like India.”
A Legacy of Excellence
CEMB’s enduring success stems from its family-oriented leadership and commitment to innovation. Ferrari attributed this to the passion and dedication of the founding family, stating, “The knowledge and competence passed down through generations have kept us strong in the market. Our focus has always been on building long-term relationships with partners and customers.”
