Available in 4×2 automatic and manual transmission variants, the 2025 Fortuner LEADER EDITION comes in Attitude Black, Super White, Pearl White, and Silver colour options. It continues to draw power from Toyota’s proven 2.8-litre 1GD-FTV diesel engine that delivers 201 bhp and 500 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission.
Mr. Varinder Wadhwa, Vice President, Sales-Service-Used Car Business, Toyota Kirloskar Motor, said, “The new Fortuner LEADER EDITION reflects our customers’ evolving lifestyle preferences. We are confident this sportier, more dynamic version will further strengthen Fortuner’s position as the benchmark in the premium SUV segment.”
The SUV’s exterior features an updated grille design, front and rear bumper spoilers with chrome garnish, and a dual-tone roof that adds a premium edge. Glossy black alloy wheels and a hood emblem complete its aggressive styling. Inside, the cabin showcases a black and maroon dual-tone theme, maroon door trims, auto-folding mirrors, illuminated scuff plates, and advanced features like a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).
Ensuring peace of mind, customers will benefit from up to eight-year funding options with low EMIs, Toyota Smart Balloon Finance, and pre-approved packages for extended warranty and Toyota Genuine Accessories. Standard coverage includes five years of complimentary roadside assistance and a 3-year/100,000 km warranty, extendable up to 5 years/220,000 km, along with the Toyota Smiles Plus service package.
Since its debut 15 years ago, the Fortuner has remained India’s most trusted and admired SUV, selling over 3,00,000 units.
