Taiwan opened its Flagship Showcase at Automechanika Frankfurt today, introducing a program that connects international buyers with automotive components, workshop equipment and manufacturing services from Taiwanese suppliers. The opening introduced the Taiwan Flagship Showcase brand to the automotive sector. The platform is scheduled to appear at major trade shows in Europe, the United States and Japan during 2026 and 2027. Visitors can explore the showcase in Hall 4.2, Booth B31, throughout the fair, which runs until September 12.

The initiative at Automechanika highlights Taiwan’s overall presence of 324 exhibitors. Organized by the International Trade Administration (TITA) of Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), it combines product displays with opportunities to meet suppliers and discuss European market requirements.
“Europe is one of Taiwan’s most important markets for automotive parts, and we welcome closer cooperation between Taiwanese suppliers and European partners. With 324 Taiwanese companies at Automechanika, we are demonstrating the depth of Taiwan’s capabilities and creating new market opportunities for buyers and suppliers,” said Hsiu-Lung (Joe) Chou, Executive Vice President of TAITRA.
Taiwan’s aftermarket strength in focus
Taiwan exports around 90% of its auto parts output. Official figures show that Taiwan’s automotive-component exports reached approximately EUR 5.94 billion in 2025. The EU was Taiwan’s second-largest regional export market, accounting for around EUR 844 million, while Germany ranked fourth among individual export countries at approximately EUR 194 million. Taiwan also supplies an estimated 80% of the global aftermarket for collision-replacement parts, including plastic and sheet-metal components and vehicle lighting. Manufacturers are building on this position with higher-value electronics, sensors and ADAS-compatible components.
Product highlights for buyers and workshops
At the Taiwan Flagship Showcase, an Industry Scenario Zone uses a vehicle model to show Taiwanese products in their corresponding positions on a car. A Digital Zone kiosk provides access to information on more than 2,300 suppliers from Taiwan, alongside the event calendar, helping buyers extend their search beyond the companies on display.
Product presentations include CTERACING’s CCS Street Series carbon ceramic matrix brake discs for road use and YAR JANG INDUSTRIAL’s six-piston front brake kit. Accu Form outlines aluminum forging services from engineering and die development to production and inspection, while High Link AutoParts presents steering and suspension components.
Electronics highlights include Well Buying Industrial’s rotary switch with an integrated display and LCS Auto & Hardware’s tire-pressure monitoring system sensors, programming tool and private-label service. For workshops, FELICE presents the LX-7440E electromechanical two-post lift, which uses a dual-motor screw drive without hydraulic oil and has a lifting capacity of up to 4,000 kg.
Cheng Mao Precision Sealing presents its Puzzle Seal, designed to discharge dirt and help stabilize the rubber’s temperature. Chenpang Power Enterprise highlights sealing components, in-house tooling and rubber-to-metal or rubber-to-plastic integration. Fresh Air Peterburg presents in-channel wind deflectors designed to fit within the window channel.
Product demonstrations and industry exchange continue throughout the fair
Visitors can attend Taiwan Cinema sessions, company pitches and live demonstrations throughout the show. The demo program covers automotive electronics and controls, chassis components and maintenance tools, as well as exterior accessories and interior supplies. On September 10 and 12, “Trends to Watch” sessions will provide Taiwanese exhibitors with insights into EU automotive aftermarket trends and market developments.
