Nissan Motor India has introduced a first-of-its-kind 55-minute vehicle exchange programme in partnership with Spinny, aimed at simplifying and accelerating the car buying and selling process for customers.

The initiative enables customers to get their existing vehicles evaluated on the spot and avail exchange benefits while purchasing a new Nissan car—all within a streamlined, under-one-roof experience. Dedicated Spinny evaluators will be deployed across 30 key cities, supporting Nissan dealerships and offering real-time assistance through both physical touchpoints and digital interfaces.
A key highlight of the programme is the acceptance of Spinny’s ‘Selling Letter’ as valid proof of exchange, eliminating the need for RC transfer documentation and making the process quicker and more convenient for customers.
Beyond customer convenience, the partnership is also expected to strengthen Nissan’s dealer ecosystem by improving used car inventory management, generating incremental leads, and enabling collaborative marketing efforts. The integration of digital and on-ground touchpoints is aimed at creating a more agile and customer-centric retail experience.

Mr. Saurabh Vatsa, Managing Director, Nissan Motor India, said the initiative reinforces the company’s commitment to building a customer-first ecosystem focused on convenience, transparency, and value. Mr. Niraj Singh, Founder and CEO of Spinny, added that the collaboration is designed to make car upgrades more seamless and rewarding for customers across India.
The programme is available across Nissan’s current vehicle lineup and complements the brand’s ongoing product momentum in the country. While the continued success of the Nissan Magnite has supported growth, the recent launch of the all-new Nissan GRAVITE—priced from ₹5.65 lakh (ex-showroom)—marks another step in strengthening Nissan’s value-driven portfolio.
