
Mercedes-Benz India, the country’s leading luxury carmaker, has strengthened its presence in Rajasthan with the inauguration of a state-of-the-art 2S luxury service facility in Udaipur. The new centre, set up with T&T Motors, underscores the brand’s ‘Go to Customer’ strategy and meets the rising demand for premium cars and bespoke services in emerging luxury markets like Udaipur.
Spanning 9,000 sq. ft., the T&T Motors Udaipur facility is designed to provide customers with a seamless ownership experience. It houses three bays for preventive maintenance and general repairs, two for quick body and paint jobs, and three supporting bays. A key highlight is the Premier Express Bay, enabling customers to get select services completed within just 60 minutes.
The facility also introduces Udaipur’s only 180 kW ultra-fast charger with two bays, open to all BEV customers. Soon, a 24-hour Service Mobilio facility will also be available. In addition, customers can access a host of digital services such as online appointment booking, Digital Service Drive, and the Vehicle Digital Reception System.

The facility also offers an exclusive car handover experience with the ‘Key Presenter’, creating a personal, immersive delivery moment. Customers benefit from dedicated consulting areas, private rooms for confidential discussions, a boutique for accessories and lifestyle items, and an advanced vehicle handover space equipped with eight display screens.
