Manatec Targets South India Growth with New Stellar and Jumbo 3D Systems

Manatec, a 35-year-old leader in automotive garage equipment, marked its debut at the India Garage Auto Expo in Coimbatore with strong visitor turnout and an expansive product display. Known for its presence across 80+ countries and a robust dealer network of 75 partners across India, the company is sharpening its focus on the tyre and workshop equipment market in South India.

“This is our first time participating in the India Garage Auto Expo, and from morning we’ve seen fantastic footfall. Coimbatore has a very strong auto ecosystem, from workshops to tyre shops, and we wanted to showcase two years’ worth of new launches. We are approved by major tyre OEMs and car OEMs including Maruti, Hyundai, Mahindra, Tata, Kia and MG,”said M. Santhosh Kumar, General Manager – All India PCV Business, Manatec

At the expo, Manatec showcased its newest innovations: the Stellar wheel aligner for car and tyre shops, and the Jumbo 3D system for the truck and HCV segment, both of which have been well-received in the market.

“Productivity is the key in today’s workshops. Conventional wheel alignment takes nearly 30 minutes, but our Jumbo 3D completes it in just 3 minutes. This is why we’ve captured major market share in the HCV alignment segment. Our new Stellar system is gaining strong traction with premium car customers, and our two-wheeler balancer is now approved by Royal Enfield,” he explained.

With a clear strategy to serve the entire automotive ecosystem, from two-wheelers to heavy commercial vehicles, the company is strengthening service support as a core priority.

“Our biggest strength is after-sales support. Every 200 km, you will find a Manatec dealer ready to provide sales and service. This close-knit network ensures fast response and minimal downtime for our customers. We want to be a complete solution provider across all vehicle categories,” he stated.

Looking ahead, Manatec expects strong growth driven by rising OEM production and continued momentum in India’s vehicle market, especially across Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka, three of the country’s top automotive states.

“South India is seeing exceptionally strong car sales. OEMs are increasing production, and some like Maruti even hit historic monthly records. We expect double-digit growth this year and in the coming years. Manatec is also preparing EV-related equipment through our in-house R&D team to support future workshops,” he stated.

With innovation, strong OEM approvals, and a rapidly expanding product line, Manatec is positioning itself as a comprehensive garage equipment provider for India’s fast-evolving automotive landscape.
