From Humble Beginnings to Industry Leadership Founded in 2005 by partners Mr. N. Krishnakumar and Mr. D. Palani, KP Diesel Pump Services began as a modest diesel pump repair workshop with a single FIE test bench.
Today, under their joint leadership, it has grown into a multispecialty diesel solutions provider and a benchmark for quality in India’s diesel service industry.
Strategic Expansion Timeline
Launch of KP Turbo Services (2009) Mr. Krishnakumar spearheaded the turbocharger division, introducing: “Turbos demanded specialized expertise—we built a dedicated team,” he explains.
The Bosch Partnership: A Transformational Milestone (2011)
“In 2011, becoming a Bosch-authorized service center was our turning point,” recalls Mr. Krishnakumar. “It validated our commitment to quality and opened doors to global standards.” Mr. Palani adds, “With Bosch’s support, we upgraded to advanced EPS 610 and EPS 100 test benches, setting new precision benchmarks in fuel injection servicing.”
Villupuram Branch Opening : (2017)
Mr. Palani led the expansion, establishing a full-service branch to cater to regional demand. “This wasn’t just growth—it was about accessibility for our clients,” he notes.
Headquarters Upgrade : 2018
The partners invested in a 3,000 sq.ft. facility, equipping it with:
• EPS 205 (for CRI/CRIN injectors)
• EPS 625+ (for CR pumps)
• DCI 200 (For BS6 Injectors)
• Auto Electrical (Heavy Duty )
“This upgrade reflected our shared vision for future-ready infrastructure,” says Mr. Krishnakumar.
2025: KP (DPF) Carbon Cleaning Launch
• DCS-20 ( BS6 Emission Norms-DPF Cleaning Equipment)
Mr. Palani championed emissions solutions, adding DPF cleaning to meet BS6 standards. “Sustainability isn’t optional—it’s our responsibility to the industry,” he emphasizes.

• 15+ Bosch-certified technicians trained in-house
• 8 advanced test benches for precision diagnostics
• 1,200+ corporate clients and end customers, including the Indian Atomic Energy Department and Larson and Toubro Ltd, Air India, Indigo Airline, etc.
