Kia India has achieved a significant milestone by surpassing one lakh paid subscription renewals for its connected car platform, Kia Connect, reflecting strong customer engagement beyond the initial complimentary period.

The company reported over 30% retention on subscriptions, highlighting the growing importance of connected features in everyday driving. Globally, Kia continues to see an industry-leading enrolment rate of over 97%, underlining the rising relevance of digital mobility solutions.
Introduced in 2019 as UVO, Kia Connect has evolved into a comprehensive ecosystem offering more than 100 features across navigation, remote control, vehicle management, convenience, and safety. Advanced capabilities such as OTA updates, digital key, remote diagnostics, voice integration and surround view monitoring are now becoming central to the ownership experience.
Kia said the strong renewal trend indicates a shift in customer behaviour, with users increasingly valuing real-time connectivity, remote access and enhanced safety features.
The company has also crossed five lakh connected car sales in India, reinforcing its position as a technology-driven automaker. With continued investments in digital platforms and customer engagement initiatives, Kia aims to further strengthen its leadership in connected mobility.
