E3 Electric.AI, a Bengaluru-based electric mobility startup, has launched the E3 Trion — positioned as India’s first AI-powered intelligent electric scooter — at an introductory ex-showroom price of ₹1,09,999 for the C1x variant and ₹1,19,999 for the C2 variant. The scooter is available in six colours — Solar Red, Misty Green, Graphite Grey, Nova Blue, Teal Blue, and Luna White.

The scooter is available in three variants. The C1 features a removable battery for flexible charging at home, office, or public charging points. The C1x delivers an IDC-certified range of 165 km on a 3 kWh battery, with one of the segment’s most efficient powertrains. The C2 adds a Sport mode with a top speed of 82 km/h and 0 to 40 km/h acceleration in 6 seconds.
Engineering for Indian road conditions is a clear priority. The Trion runs on 14-inch TrakWheel tyres for superior grip and stability, carries IP67 weather protection, and features dual projector LED headlamps for wide, low-glare illumination. Ergonomics are built around six human contact points using anthropometric principles, designed to suit riders from the fifth percentile female to the 95th percentile male. Storage totals 52 litres across the boot, floorboard, and glove box. The batteries, based on LFP chemistry, are engineered for up to eight years of real-world use. A detachable rim on the PMSM hub motor enables faster and more cost-effective servicing at local workshops.

Mr. Sanjeev P., Founder and CEO of E3 Electric.AI, said the Trion is not an electric scooter with an app bolted on — it is built with AI at its core, human-centric engineering, and a modular, future-ready platform. He added that every concern that has held Indian families back from going electric — range anxiety, safety, service, and cost — was designed around from day one, with the goal of making everyday travel smoother, more dependable, and genuinely aligned with what modern Indian riders expect.
