CASE Opens New Customer Support Centre in NCR

Inauguration of new CASE NCR premises

CASE Construction Equipment, a brand of CNH, has opened new premises in the National Capital Region (NCR) to strengthen customer support and service in the region.

Spread across 6,000 sq. ft., the facility is designed to improve service readiness and parts availability, helping CASE respond better to changing customer needs. It offers double the earlier parts storage capacity, a workshop that can handle 10 to 12 machines at a time, and a dedicated machine display area. The facility, which serves customers across northern India, showcases four CASE machine models, giving customers a chance to explore the brand’s equipment range.

Mr. Ravindra Ashtekar, Head of Network Development, CASE Construction Equipment, said, “NCR is an important market for construction equipment, with demand shaped by ongoing infrastructure development and a diverse range of customer requirements. Strengthening our presence in the region is therefore an important part of our efforts to remain accessible to customers and provide dependable support. The new premises bring together enhanced parts storage, workshop capacity and a dedicated machine display area, enabling us to further strengthen our service capabilities and customer engagement.”

About 40 customers attended the inauguration. The event also saw two machine handovers and three parts invoicing transactions, giving the new premises a positive start.

CASE has been present in Faridabad since 2018, when it opened its first company-owned, company-operated showroom in India in the city. With its industrial base and strategic location within the NCR, Faridabad remains an important market for the company.
