BYD India has opened its 49th showroom in India, in Baner, Pune. It is the company’s second dealership in the city and is run by Landmark BYD, part of Group Landmark. BYD says the opening comes as EV registrations in Pune grew by nearly 40% in the first half of 2026.

The 4,000 sq ft showroom can display up to six vehicles. Landmark is also opening a new service centre in Tathawade, Pune, with service bays, trained technicians, EV charging stations and a customer lounge.
The showroom will feature the newly launched BYD SEALION 7 Dynamic, priced at an introductory ₹41.90 lakh (ex-showroom). It has a 71.8 kWh Blade Battery with a claimed range of up to 520 km (NEDC) and goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.3 seconds. BYD says more than 4,500 SEALION 7 units are in operation across India since its 2025 launch.

BYD’s India network now covers 40 cities, and its lineup includes the SEALION 7, SEAL, ATTO 3 and eMAX 7. Buyers of eligible vehicles can get the “Celebrate Your Dreams with BYD” festive offer. It includes charging coupons on select variants, a two-year maintenance package, extended warranty of up to 200,000 km, and finance from 7.77% interest.
Mr. Rajeev Chauhan, Head of Electric Passenger Vehicle Business at BYD India, called Maharashtra an important market. He said the new showroom strengthens the retail network and supports growing demand for electric mobility.
