Two Wheelers

TVS Raider 125 gets traction control and emergency brake warning, priced from ₹1.00 lakh

TVS Motor Company has added advanced safety features to two variants of its Raider 125cc motorcycle, the TFT DD and the SXC DD. Both now come with a Traction Control System and Emergency Brake Warning.

TVS says the traction control, a first in the 125cc segment, helps riders keep control when the rear wheel loses grip on potholes, loose gravel or wet patches. The Emergency Brake Warning alerts riders behind when a rider brakes suddenly, giving them an extra second to react and avoid a collision.

The variants also get a wider rear tyre for better grip and stability and a 27W USB Type-C fast charger for phones. They keep the existing features, including the 3-valve engine, iGO Assist with Boost Mode, Glide Through Technology for low-speed manoeuvring, and a TFT display with 99+ smart connectivity features.

The Raider TFT DD costs ₹1,03,170 and the Raider SXC DD costs ₹1,00,330 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Both will be available at authorised TVS Motor dealerships.
