YORK has marked another milestone in strengthening its service network with the inauguration of an authorised service centre by Rishav Automobile in Jharsuguda. The new facility represents a significant step in expanding YORK’s service reach and enhancing customer support across the region.
The inauguration ceremony was held in the presence of YORK’s Sales & Marketing Head, Mr. Nitin Nijhawan; Head – Service and Spare Parts, Mr. B. Kalaikumaran; East Region RM, Mr. Sujeet Singh; along with the YORK team and Mr. Gautam Dutta, Owner of Rishav Automobile. Their presence underscored the importance of the occasion as the facility officially commenced operations.
The service centre is aimed at delivering reliable and efficient support to customers in Jharsuguda and surrounding areas. It has been established to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service, technical expertise, and consistent service quality.
