Toyota Kirloskar Sundaram Automotive Solutions Pvt Ltd today announced the launch of TSERV Select, its first company-owned multi-brand vehicle service outlet in Bengaluru, marking the joint venture’s formal entry into India’s fast-growing organised automotive service market. The JV brings together Kirloskar Systems Pvt Ltd, the Trichur Sundaram Santhanam Family (TSSF Group), and Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt Ltd (TKM).
The new entity has been set up to meet rising customer expectations for transparent, reliable and professionally managed service solutions—an area where India’s unorganised aftermarket still dominates despite rapid growth in vehicle ownership. Toyota Kirloskar Sundaram Automotive Solutions will offer multi-brand vehicle servicing backed by trained technicians, strong quality systems and processes designed to deliver a consistent customer experience.
The inaugural TSERV Select outlet, opened in KR Puram, Bengaluru, features modern diagnostic equipment and a skilled workforce. The “Select” format represents the company’s own premium outlets, built to emphasise infrastructure quality, safety, and customer-friendly service standards. The venture plans to expand across major cities, guided by increasing demand for trusted multi-brand servicing.
Mr. Rajesh Menon has been appointed President of the company. With more than 35 years of experience in the automotive sector, he will lead efforts to build a scalable, customer-first service network aligned with India’s changing mobility landscape.
Alongside the Select outlets, the company will continue to strengthen its wider network of third-party TSERV-branded workshops, which already stands at 150 locations across India. These workshops aim to provide accessible and standardised multi-brand vehicle service, leveraging the JV’s support and quality framework to serve a broader customer base.
Speaking at the announcement, Mrs. Geetanjali Kirloskar, Chairperson and Managing Director, Kirloskar Systems, said the first outlet marks a major step in building a transparent, customer-friendly service platform. “Indian customers increasingly value trust and high-quality care, and our goal is to deliver dependable service across vehicle brands,” she noted.
Mr. Srivats Ram, Director, TSSF Group, said the new facility reflects the organisation’s commitment to making professional service more accessible and affordable. “We aim to bridge the gap between rising customer expectations and the lack of organised service options,” he said.
Mr. Tadashi Asazuma, Deputy Managing Director, Toyota Kirloskar Motor, added that TSERV Select represents a milestone in extending Toyota’s service philosophy through strong local partnerships. “Our focus goes beyond vehicles.
