SML Mahindra Limited marked a key organisational milestone with its First Annual Dealer Conference, hosted from 7–10 November 2025 at the Sheraton Hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam. Bringing together 110 dealer partners from across India, the four-day forum served as a high-impact platform for strategic alignment, capability building, and the unveiling of the company’s Annual Business Plan.

The proceedings commenced with a welcome address by Mr. Prashant Kumar, Chief General Manager – Marketing, who reflected on last year’s innovation-led theme, Drive Change, Ignite Innovation, and unveiled the new strategic philosophy for the year ahead: Shaping New Heights – #GrowthAtScale.
Setting a decisive leadership narrative, Mr. Vinod Sahay, Executive Chairman, delivered the keynote address, articulating SML Mahindra’s long-term vision and its synergy with the Mahindra Group. He reiterated the company’s commitment to driving leadership in specialised mobility solutions while contributing meaningfully to sustainable and inclusive economic growth.
In a comprehensive strategic briefing, Dr. Venkat Srinivas, ED & CEO, presented the FY25–26 roadmap, reaffirming the Mahindra Group’s strong backing for the SML Mahindra business. He highlighted key achievements from the previous year and spotlighted the strengthening MTB–SML collaboration, poised to elevate efficiency, manufacturing excellence, and customer experience.
Adding sharp commercial focus, Mr. Prashant Kumar returned with a detailed session on sales strategies, encouraging dealers to accelerate market penetration and drive superior performance. He emphasised the substantial untapped potential available across segments and urged partners to leverage emerging growth opportunities.
A major forward-looking highlight came from Mr. Ritesh Agarwal, Chief Operating Officer & Plant Head, who underscored the company’s production excellence and future-ready manufacturing priorities. He also provided an exclusive preview of SML Mahindra’s upcoming product pipeline, reinforcing the company’s expanding ambition in the mobility ecosystem.
The conference concluded with an interactive Q&A session, where senior leadership addressed dealer queries and elaborated on the company’s growth trajectory. The evening culminated in a celebratory awards ceremony recognising outstanding dealer and employee achievements, followed by a gala dinner.
With renewed momentum, shared purpose, and a unified growth agenda, the inaugural Annual Dealer Conference set a robust foundation for SML Mahindra’s next chapter of Shaping New Heights Together.
