Varroc, a leading global Tier-1 automotive supplier, has appointed Mr. Avinash Chintawar as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective 15 October 2025. He will report to Mr. Arjun Jain, Whole-Time Director & CEO – Business I.
In his new role, Mr. Chintawar will oversee the Operations Vertical within Business I, focusing on improving efficiencies, enhancing performance, and ensuring close alignment with Varroc’s long-term strategic priorities.

Mr. Chintawar brings over three decades of experience in manufacturing and operations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from IGNOU, and has completed ICWA (Inter).
Before joining Varroc, he served as Managing Director of Bosch Chassis Systems India Pvt. Ltd. and Chairman of Bosch India Foundation. His career within the Bosch Group included senior roles such as Director of Operations at Robert Bosch Bamberg in Germany, Technical Plant Manager at Bosch Nashik, and Managing Director at Bosch Electrical Drives India Pvt. Ltd.
