About the Load Cushion: A Load Cushion is a critical suspension component placed between the chassis and axle or leaf spring assembly. It is designed to absorb vertical loads and road shocks, particularly during heavy-duty operations, thereby helping to maintain ride comfort and structural balance. Load Cushions are commonly used in heavy commercial vehicles (HCVs), trailers, and tippers that utilize bogie suspensions.
