Mercedes-Benz Enters Kanpur with New Luxury Showroom and Service Facility

Mercedes-Benz India has expanded its presence in Uttar Pradesh with the inauguration of a new state-of-the-art showroom and service facility in Kanpur. The debut in Kanpur marks a significant step under the company’s ‘Go to Customer’ strategy, aimed at bringing luxury closer to aspirational buyers in emerging growth markets.

The new facility, Prime Star Kanpur, reflects Mercedes-Benz’s global retail standards and combines luxury design with digital innovation. Spread across 3,700 sq. ft., the sales outlet features a Top-End Vehicle Lounge, a dedicated handover bay, exclusive hospitality areas, and bespoke consultation spaces. Located in the city’s automotive corridor, the facility ensures convenience, accessibility, and high visibility.
