Kia India strengthens Leadership Team with Appointment of Sunhack Park as CSO and Joonsu Cho as CBO

Kia India, one of the country’s leading premium carmakers, has announced key leadership appointments to further accelerate its growth and strategic direction in the Indian market. The company has named Mr. Sunhack Park as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and Mr. Joonsu Cho as Chief Business Officer (CBO), marking a significant step in its leadership evolution.

In his new role as CSO, Mr. Park will oversee Kia India’s sales operations and strategy, focusing on sustainable growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and expanding the company’s market footprint. With 28 years of global experience across Kia’s operations in South Korea, the Middle East & Africa (MEA), and India, he brings a deep understanding of customer behaviour, market dynamics, and sales excellence.

Mr. Cho, as CBO, will be responsible for shaping Kia India’s overall business strategy, covering production planning, export logistics, cross-functional coordination, and strategic alliances. A seasoned professional with more than 32 years of leadership experience, he has held senior positions across multiple global markets including Australia, the UK, and Europe, driving business transformation and operational effectiveness.

Commenting on his appointment, Mr. Park said, “I am privileged to take on the role as Chief Sales Officer.
