Royal Enfield Launches Classic 350 Gorkha Edition

Royal Enfield, the global leader in the mid-size motorcycle segment (250cc-750cc), announced the launch of the Classic 350 Gorkha Edition in India. Inspired by the legacy of the Gorkha Regiment, the motorcycle pays tribute to generations of courage, discipline, and resilience, while staying true to the Classic 350’s timeless character.

The Gorkha Edition is finished in a distinctive Gorkha Green, giving the iconic Classic silhouette added depth, and features a bespoke insignia with the legendary crossed Khukris as its defining signature, elements crafted exclusively for this edition.

Mr. Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Chief Commercial Officer, Royal Enfield, said the edition pays tribute to an extraordinary military legacy defined by bravery, loyalty, and honour, with every detail staying true to the Classic 350’s character while the bespoke insignia reflects the values that have defined the regiment for generations. He added that the accompanying apparel collection extends this tribute beyond the ride.

Lieutenant General Sanjeev Chauhan, AVSM, YSM, President, Gorkha Brigade, said the strength of the Gorkha Regiment lies in the values of courage, discipline, and honour upheld across generations, calling it a privilege to see this legacy acknowledged through the motorcycle.

The Classic 350 Gorkha Edition retains its signature upright riding posture and refined J-series engine, along with an Assist & Slipper clutch for smoother gear shifts and a Type-C USB fast charging port. It will be priced at ₹2,10,684 (ex-showroom, New Delhi), with bookings open from today.

Alongside the motorcycle, Royal Enfield also introduced the Gorkha Collection, an apparel range featuring dual-certified Jet and Quest helmets, high-ankle distressed leather boots, multi-functional headgear, and lifestyle apparel and collectibles. Designed in regimental crimson, tactical olive green, matte black, and warm bronze, the collection draws on military uniforms, regimental insignia, and the crossed khukris, blending artisanal craftsmanship with rugged utility.
