Nawgati Unveils Aaveg Pro to Digitise Fuel Retail Operations

Nawgati, a leading fuel tech startup in India, has launched Aaveg Pro, an all-in-one fuel retail operations platform, at the Petrol Dealers Association Pune (PDAP) Annual General Meeting 2026 in Pune. The new platform aims to simplify and modernise day-to-day operations at fuel stations across the country.

Designed specifically for the Indian fuel retail ecosystem, Aaveg Pro addresses long-standing challenges such as manual sales reconciliation, stock variation tracking, fleet invoicing, payment mismatches, and credit management. By bringing these functions together into a single digital platform, the solution enables dealers to operate with greater efficiency and control.

The platform allows fuel dealers to manage sales, shifts, and nozzle-level reconciliation, while offering real-time inventory tracking, stock control, digital fleet contracts, and consolidated invoicing. It also provides visibility into credit risk, voucher management, and financial performance through live balance sheet insights. Additionally, Aaveg Pro supports compliance with GST, VAT, cess, and surcharge requirements, helping dealers maintain accurate and audit-ready records.

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Vaibhav Kaushik, Co-Founder and CEO of Nawgati, said the platform is aimed at solving real operational challenges in a sector that still relies heavily on fragmented and manual processes. He added that Aaveg Pro brings critical functions onto one integrated system, enabling better visibility and decision-making.

Mr. Aalaap Nair, Co-Founder of Nawgati, highlighted that the platform has been built around the practical needs of fuel dealers, from shift-level operations to financial reporting, helping them transition to a more scalable and efficient way of running their businesses.

Aaveg Pro is designed to act as a comprehensive operating system for fuel stations, integrating accounting, inventory, sales, and customer management. It can also be deployed quickly and integrated with existing infrastructure such as CCTV systems, fuel dispensers, compressors, storage systems, and vehicle tracking tools, enabling real-time operational oversight.
