JK Tyre & Industries Limited has been awarded the Silver Rating by EcoVadis, placing the company in the 93rd percentile globally and among the top 7 percent of companies worldwide assessed for sustainability performance.
EcoVadis evaluates companies across four key pillars—Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. The Silver rating reflects JK Tyre’s strong progress across these dimensions and reinforces its commitment to responsible operations, ethical business conduct, and long-term sustainability.
In FY25, JK Tyre achieved an overall score of 77 out of 100, with Environment emerging as its strongest area at 89 points. The score highlights the company’s focused initiatives on climate action, energy efficiency, emissions management, and robust environmental management systems.
Commenting on the achievement, Dr. Raghupati Singhania, Chairman and Managing Director, said the recognition is the result of sustained efforts across environmental stewardship, ethical governance, labour practices, and responsible sourcing. He added that the Silver rating validates the company’s integrated sustainability approach and encourages teams to further strengthen initiatives that create long-term value for all stakeholders.
