Halston Enterprises Showcases Puncture Shield and Glossify Solutions at the Garage Expo

Making its first appearance at the Garage Expo, Halston Enterprises impressed visitors with its flagship innovation, Puncture Shield, a product designed to improve tyre durability, cabin comfort, and road safety. The solution works by adding an additional protective layer to the inner wall of the tyre, preventing punctures, reducing road noise, and minimising the risk of a tyre explosion caused by overheating.

“Puncture Shield is an extra layer fixed on the inner wall of the tyre to prevent punctures. It also helps reduce road noise inside the cabin, which improves the overall driving comfort. More importantly, it prevents tyre bursts by controlling overheating, which is one of the most common causes of sudden tyre failure. With one simple upgrade, a driver avoids punctures, lowers noise, and improves safety all at once,” Nikil Selvakumar, Manager, Halston Enterprises explained.

Nikil noted that the response to the product has been particularly strong in South India, where tyre awareness and aftermarket interest continue to rise.

“Our product is unique, and we currently operate in a monopoly segment. Because there is no equivalent product in the market, dealers see this as a solid opportunity. When customers learn how it works, their interest grows quickly, and that has helped our brand gain a strong foothold. The South Indian market has shown excellent receptiveness, and the potential is only expanding,” he said.

A Strong B2B Strategy to Reach Dealers and Workshops

At the Expo, Halston Enterprises focused primarily on tyre dealers, wheel-alignment centres, and car-detailing shops rather than retail customers. According to Selvakumar, industry exhibitions allow them to reach B2B clients more efficiently.

“Our main target at events like this is tyre shops, alignment workshops, and detailing centres. Instead of spending time on scattered direct marketing, we meet all our potential customers in one place. The Expo environment helps us build strong B2B relationships, get quality enquiries, and demonstrate the product in person. It is the ideal place for us to connect with the right audience,” he explained.

He added that aftermarket businesses need unique value-added products to stand out, and Puncture Shield gives them exactly that.

“Garage owners and tyre dealers always look for new offerings that attract more customers. Since OEMs provide self-sealing technology only in select models, our product becomes an additional revenue source for workshops. When they offer something exclusive like Puncture Shield, they instantly get an advantage over their competitors,” he said.

Expanding Presence Across India

Halston Enterprises currently has a strong presence in Tamil Nadu, but Selvakumar said the company is now focused on scaling its network across the southern region and eventually throughout India.

“We are doing business in small quantities across India, but our dealer network is not yet widespread,” he explained. Our next goal is to expand into Kerala, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh by adding more distributors. We want both Puncture Shield and Glossify to reach every corner of the country.
