Maruti Suzuki India Limited, India’s leading automobile manufacturer, today announced a significant milestone with the inauguration of its 5,000th ARENA service touchpoint in Coimbatore. Established with support from its dealer partner, the new facility marks another step in the company’s mission to deliver seamless, accessible, and customer-centric service across the country.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director & CEO, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, said, “At Maruti Suzuki, we believe that easy access to trusted service is fundamental to a hassle-free ownership experience. Customers value proximity, affordability, genuine parts, and, above all, the speed at which we resolve issues. Our expanding service network ensures faster, more reliable care, wherever they are. We will continue to expand our reach, adding another 500 service workshops in FY 2025-26.”
With this new addition, Maruti Suzuki’s nationwide service network now stands at over 5,640 touchpoints, spanning 2,818 cities. The network includes ARENA and NEXA workshops, Maruti Suzuki Sales and Service Points (MSSSP), rural workshops, Service-on-Wheels units, and Authorized Service Stations — ensuring every customer enjoys reliable support, regardless of location.
Tamil Nadu alone now houses over 400 authorized service touchpoints, underlining the company’s strong regional presence and commitment to customer convenience.
In FY 2024-25, Maruti Suzuki serviced over 27 million vehicles — its highest-ever in a single financial year. Between April and September 2025, more than 14 million vehicles have already been serviced across India. The company’s expansive network now has the capacity to handle over 30 million vehicles annually.
The 5,000th ARENA Service touchpoint was inaugurated by Ram Suresh Akella, Executive Officer, Service, and Takahiro Shiraishi, Executive Vice President, Service, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, in the presence of company officials and dealer partners.
