Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has inaugurated its new Toyota Genuine Parts centre in Vizag to enhance its regional parts distribution network, ensuring customers across Andhra Pradesh, Odisha and Chhattisgarh gain quicker access to genuine parts.
The centre was inaugurated by Mr. Wiseline Sigamani, Vice President – Strategic Business Unit, TKM, and Mr. Takeshi Goto, Vice President – Sales, Service & Used Car Business Enabling, TKM, in the presence of senior leadership and dealer partners. The premises will also function as the regional area office, enabling field teams from Andhra Pradesh and Odisha to operate from the same location—improving coordination, customer support, and operational focus.
Speaking at the launch, Mr. Sigamani said, “The new parts centre in Vizag marks a major milestone in strengthening customer trust by ensuring the availability of genuine parts with greater speed and reliability. By enabling faster supply to our dealer and service network across the region, we aim to enhance convenience and further strengthen confidence. With this milestone, we move closer to delivering complete peace of mind to every Toyota customer.”
The Vizag centre will serve dealerships, Pro Service outlets and parts distributors across Central & North Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Southern Odisha. Under Toyota’s TSaath initiative, the hub will supply parts within 24 hours—helping partners maintain optimal inventory, enable faster turnaround times and deliver consistent service quality.
TKM has also expanded its pan-India dealership and service footprint to over 1,345 touchpoints, further improving accessibility across urban and rural markets.
