Raj Auto Care, a long-established manufacturer of tyre-service machinery, marked a strong presence at the Automotive Garage Expo, showcasing its latest range of tyre changers and repair equipment. With over four decades in the industry, the company has built a wide customer base across Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and other regions—serving everyone from small workshops to large service centres.

“We are manufacturers of tyre-related products such as tyre changers, tyre repair machinery, tyre vulcanisers and complete tyre-service tools. For more than 40 years, we have been in this field, supplying customers across India. Our focus remains entirely on tyre-service equipment, from 12-inch to 24-inch sizes, tube-type or tubeless,” said Joseph Raj, Proprietor, Raj Auto Care.
At the expo, the company presented equipment across four key segments: a fully automatic hydraulic vertical tyre changer, a dedicated tubeless-tyre model (AM225), a standard car tyre changer, and a newly launched gear-driven machine designed specifically for two- and three-wheeler workshops.
“This new two-wheeler tyre changer is our latest launch. It’s gear-driven, motor-driven, and very budget-friendly, perfect for small two-wheeler workshops. We developed it keeping India’s growing bike market in mind. Even small garages today need reliable tyre machines. From cities to villages, every corner now requires tyre-service tools. That’s why our products fit everywhere,” he said.
Joseph Raj highlighted that demand is no longer restricted to major cities; even Tier-II and Tier-III towns are rapidly adopting automated tyre-service tools.
“Not only big cities, even villages need these machines now. Earlier it was cycle-repair shops; today almost every village has a tyre-service shop. Manpower availability is going down everywhere, so user-friendly machines are essential. With our equipment, anyone can operate safely without damaging wheels or tyres. The response from visitors and dealers has been excellent,” he shared.
Raj Auto Care remains focused exclusively on tyre changers, ensuring deeper expertise in this niche compared to broad-spectrum garage-equipment makers.
“Many companies offer garage equipment as a whole. But we specialise only in tyre changers. Some customers want a supplier who is fully dedicated to tyre solutions.
That’s where we fit in. Our support network is strong, and we guide workshops on machine use and benefits. This focus keeps customer trust high,” he explained.
Looking ahead, the company is preparing for deeper expansion in South India.
“Our growth plan is simple reach more markets and educate more workshops on the benefits of our machines. Day by day, people are realising how essential automated tyre changers are. We aim to increase our presence and continue supporting customers with reliable, easy-to-operate equipment,” he said.
