Mercedes-Benz India has strengthened its footprint in Karnataka with the inauguration of a new, state-of-the-art luxury sales and service facility in Bengaluru, operated by Viva Star. The new outlet reflects the brand’s ‘Go to Customer’ strategy and reinforces its commitment to delivering personalised, world-class luxury experiences to its growing base of discerning buyers.
The facility was inaugurated by Mr. Santosh Iyer, Managing Director & CEO of Mercedes-Benz India, and Mr. Prasad Deshpande, Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Viva Star.
A standout feature of the new dealership is Karnataka’s first Mercedes-Maybach Lounge, designed exclusively for top-end customers. The lounge introduces a unique Maybach shop-in-shop concept with dedicated retail elements and the handcrafted Maybach Retail Kit from Germany. This offers customers an elevated, white-glove consultation experience, showcasing the full range of ‘manufaktur’ customisation options.
Located in South Bengaluru’s upscale neighbourhood, Viva Star provides excellent connectivity and proximity to premium residential districts. Constructed in just five months, the multi-floor luxury showroom spans 10,400 sq. ft., accommodating six display cars and a dedicated handover bay. The facility also includes private and semi-private consultation areas, lifestyle boutique elements and a premium delivery experience managed by a Key Presenter. A 74-member team oversees sales and service operations.
Complementing the showroom is a modern service centre built to deliver faster turnaround times, luxury service quality and hassle-free ownership. Spread across 16,600 sq. ft., the service facility houses 19 working bays covering preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, body and paint work, and a dedicated spare parts zone. Customers can expect end-to-end aftersales support from vehicle reception to handover. The outlet also features an exclusive customer lounge, an Express Prime Bay and a dedicated delivery bay. It is fully EV-ready, equipped with a 180 kW fast charger.

Mr. Deshpande said the opening marks the beginning of Viva Star’s partnership with Mercedes-Benz, adding that the facility has been designed to set new benchmarks in sales and service experience. He noted that the dealership will continue exploring expansion opportunities across nearby markets based on demand.
