“To ensure quick response and accessibility, I have placed my mobile number on every product box. If a distributor or mechanic faces any issue in the field, they can reach me directly. I remain in touch with nearly 200 distributors and more than 4,000 mechanics across India. These conversations help us understand how our products perform in real conditions and allow us to address any concerns immediately, strengthening our relationship with customers,” he explained.
This strong grassroots engagement has helped the brand gain recognition in the market. Mr. Kumar noted that mechanics themselves are increasingly recommending MACAS products, reflecting the growing confidence in the company’s offerings.
“Recently, a major customer from a leading OES company shared that mechanics at the grassroots level are actively asking for MACAS products. Such feedback from the market is extremely encouraging because it shows that the brand is gaining acceptance among the people who actually install and use these components. When mechanics begin to trust and recommend a brand, it indicates that the products have proven their reliability in real operating conditions,” he stated.
With a distribution network spanning across the country, MACAS Automotive is witnessing steady business growth. The company’s turnover is approaching ₹150 crore, supported by increasing demand and expanding market reach.
