CNH opens new parts distribution centre in Pune to boost aftermarket support in South and West India

CNH, a global leader in agriculture and construction equipment, has strengthened its aftermarket network in India with the inauguration of a new dedicated parts distribution centre near its manufacturing facility in Pune. The new facility is aimed at improving service responsiveness and parts availability for customers and dealers across the Southern and Western regions — key markets for the company’s agricultural equipment business.

The centre will act as a specialised hub for CNH’s crop solution portfolio, supporting Case IH sugarcane harvesters and New Holland combine harvesters and balers. By positioning parts closer to customers and dealers, CNH expects to speed up delivery times, ensure higher parts availability, and reduce machine downtime during critical harvesting and field operation periods.

Designed as a state-of-the-art warehouse, the new facility is equipped with advanced infrastructure including Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology for improved accuracy, traceability, and process efficiency. The Pune centre becomes CNH’s fourth parts distribution hub in India, joining existing centres in Noida, Indore and Sikanderabad (Uttar Pradesh).

Mr. Narinder Mittal, President & Managing Director, CNH India, said the investment reflects CNH’s commitment to strengthening customer support and improving service efficiency. “The Southern and Western regions are important sugarcane belts, where timely availability of parts is critical. This new parts distribution centre in Pune enhances our ability to respond swiftly by placing us closer to our customers and our manufacturing base,” he said. He added that the move further expands CNH’s aftermarket ecosystem with technology-driven, reliable support.

Reinforcing CNH’s global focus on sustainability, the distribution centre adopts eco-friendly packaging practices and energy-efficient systems to reduce environmental impact. CNH has partnered with DHL Supply Chain for logistics and timely delivery of parts to dealers and customers.
