The company, based in Haryana, has been a significant player in the field for the past 45 years. “We began with automated tools and have since expanded our offerings to include aligners, balancers, and tyre changers,” said G. Karthikeyan, Regional Manager of ARO Equipments Pvt. Ltd.
ARO Equipments initially partnered with the renowned Italian brand Corghi, known for its advanced technology. “Our early focus was on Corghi products, which are celebrated for their Italian engineering excellence. Over the past four years, the company has transitioned to promoting its own brand, ARO, which now includes similar aligners, balancers, and tyre changers. Additionally, ARO Equipments has broadened its portfolio to cover garage equipment like two-post lifts, water wash systems, and body shop tools,” Karthikeyan explained.
At the expo, ARO Equipments highlighted their core products: aligners, balancers, and tyre changers. “These products are central to our offering and represent the heart of our business,” Karthikeyan noted. The company also displayed various spares for tyre changers, aiming to enhance customer understanding of the products’ components and service requirements. “By showcasing the spares, we help customers better appreciate the quality and service aspects of our equipment,” he added.
Reflecting on the expo’s success, Karthikeyan observed a significant improvement in customer engagement compared to previous years. “This year’s response has been overwhelmingly positive, with an increase in foot traffic and customer interactions. The data collected this year shows a marked improvement over the previous year’s figures, “he noted.
Looking ahead, Karthikeyan emphasized the growing demand for advanced automotive technology. “As road networks expand and more vehicles with sophisticated technology are on the roads, there will be a rising need for high-quality workshop equipment,” he explained. He pointed out that ARO Equipments is committed to adapting to these changes and staying competitive by continually updating their product offerings.
