Force Motors Limited, India’s largest van manufacturer and a key player in the commercial vehicle market, has introduced a first-of-its-kind initiative in the segment — a comprehensive Roadside Assistance (RSA) programme, offered free of cost for three years across its entire product lineup including Traveller, Trax, Monobus, Urbania, and Gurkha.

The RSA programme covers an extensive range of services such as breakdown recovery, accident assistance, towing, and on-site repairs, ensuring minimal downtime and complete peace of mind for customers.

Key features of the Force Motors RSA programme include three years of complimentary coverage from the date of purchase, a 24×7 multilingual toll-free helpline available 365 days a year, free towing up to 100 km to the nearest authorised workshop, and on-site repair assistance for minor issues. The program also includes accident recovery, tyre and battery support, key-related assistance, and emergency coordination such as message relay, hotel or taxi support, and vehicle custody arrangements if required.

Mr. Prasan Firodia, Managing Director, Force Motors, said, “Our customers place their trust in Force vehicles every day, and it is our responsibility to stand firmly by that trust. With the three-year complimentary Roadside Assistance program, we aim to provide total support throughout their journey—reaffirming our commitment to reliability, responsiveness, and care. This initiative marks another milestone in our continued investment to enhance ownership experience and build long-term trust through dependable service.”

Backed by a strong national partner network, the programme ensures prompt, professional assistance anywhere in India.
